I completed my master's degree in DEU Computer Engineering in Turkey. I graduated from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Business Administration department. My master thesis topic was "Penetration Tests and Security Solutions in Corporate Networks" related to Cyber Security. During my Ph.D., I worked on Cyber Security of Critical Infrastructure in Industry 4.0 Infrastructures.
During the first years of my career, I worked as an IT manager, IT coordinator and information and cyber security consultant for corporate companies. I have about 18 years of experience. I have been working as Turkey IT Operations Manager at a market leader company since May 2018 and I am managing respective teams in IT operations, Industry 4.0 and security teams. In addition, since 2019, I have been working as Global IT Security Manager, working on OT and IT security initiatives and leading the SOC & CERT teams. TISAX and ISMS 27001.
I have trained more than 1000 IT people on cyber security, penetration test, information security, ISO27001 lead auditor, IT security internal audit, vendor security assessment.
I have lean 6 Sigma Green Belt certification as well as ISO27001 lead auditor certification and many global security and soft skill certifications.
I have talked over 300 seminar, conference, training in Turkey and Europe during 2016.
